LifechurchX Event Request Form

To request an event to be added to the LifechurchX calendar, please complete the following form & click "Submit." Requests, including all associated budgets, must be approved by all appropriate parties before being placed on the calendar or having any promotional pieces created.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Your event is not official nor ready to be communicated to the public until it has been submitted through this process and approved to be placed onto the church calendar.

Promotional materials typically include a pre- & post-service slide and a spot on the Events page of the Website. Certain events may also include a Facebook post, announcement video promo, and/or mentions from the platform, as leadership deems appropriate. All requests must be submitted 6 weeks in advance and any special promo material requests must also be requested at the same time (newspaper ad, community flyers, posters, etc.). Limited exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis with appropriate approvals.

All event requestors are responsible for set-up and clean-up. Clean-up must take place immediately following the event, unless otherwise previously arranged.

*Note: All areas of the church are to be "service-ready" at the close of your event. That includes, but is not limited to: taking out the trash; properly cleaning up and storing and/or removing meal leftovers; doing dishes and returning them to the appropriate cabinets; sanitizing countertops/tables; sweeping/mopping, as needed; and returning tables, chairs, and any other equipment/decor to the appropriate location(s).
